Sanset Gıda is a Pasentis subsidiary that started operations in 2017 with a chocolate and ice cream production facility with a closed area of 90,957 m² on an area of 168,626 m² located in Kırklareli. With this project, Sanset became one of the largest investors on the "2015 Investment Incentive List".

Acquired and renewed by Toksöz Group in 2013, Pernigotti is the first step towards becoming a global group. Pernigotti, Italy's traditional and historical brand, has a history of more than 160 years, symbolizing the mastery of its production.

Pernigotti is one of the most important and well-known brands in Italy for its exceptional Gianduia chocolate, unique nougat and famous ice creams.

As of October 2022, the Pernigotti brand has been sold and the production of the brand continues at the facilities in Novi Ligure owned by Sanset Italy, the parent company of Pasentis.

Acquired in November 2013 by Toksöz Group, Zumos Palma is the most famous fruit juice company in Spain. The acquisition of Zumos Palma, which has the second largest fruit juice production facility in Europe, was an important step towards the Group’s goal of becoming a global player.

Thanks to the company's long history and know-how, the acquisition of Zumos Palma not only adds to the Group's volume, but also enriches it with all-natural juice products.

In our Zumosol brand, the fruits are freshly squeezed and bottled without concentrate. No preservatives, additives, sweeteners, sugar or water added to the bottle to dilute the product are. Therefore, 2 kilos of oranges are used to produce 1 liter of Zumosol Orange Juice. Zumosol offers 100% freshly squeezed fruit juices as well as freshly squeezed vegetable juices.
